Spirit of America Tour - Mark Wills gives his approval to a young fan

The Spirit of America Tour was created in 2002 to bring headline entertainers to America’s stateside Military Bases, as volunteers, to give shows that boost the morale of the men, women and families of our fabulous Armed Forces.
The Spirit of America motto is: A fan in uniform is a fan for life.
