Uniform-182 week 07 Week 07 brought many exciting times to Uniform-182. Early in the week, the recruits attended their most practical, hands-on classes, including CPR training, and line handling. Uniform continued to prepare for their beginning of their Coast Guard careers with numerous administrative processing periods. Proving to be the most challenging week yet, week 07 also brought the close order drill test and the final exam. A high score on both earned the recruit's their lead company commander's personal pennant to be flown from the guidon. Also, we received off-base liberty, given the chance to be in the public's eye in uniform. Most of us were thanked by many civilians, and an unprecedented sense of pride has pushed us head first into week 08. |
