Tango 183 weekly journal |

Another week gone, just another 02 weeks left. We all look forward to reporting to our new units, however we will miss the new family that we have developed, Tango-183. We have learned a lot about ourselves these past 06 weeks. We could not have done this without the support of our Company Commanders, MK1 Levitt, ET1 Ross and GM2 Blair. They are great teachers and great leaders. This Week We did a lot. We did out fire fighting training which was a lot of fun, but no joke. Fire fighting is an important part of being a Guardian. We have also been practicing out Manual of Arms the past 06 weeks and finally Tuesday of this weeks we had our test with a 09/10. We were all disappointed we could not get a 10 but we put forth all the effort we could. As I am sure most of you are already aware that we received out on base liberty and were able to enjoy a little bit of freedom. For an afternoon we made phone calls, ate what food we wanted and did our best to prove to our Company Commanders that we can act appropriately without supervision. Just 02 more weeks until graduation and we will see our loved ones we have left for so long. We all want to thank you for your support through the biggest decision we have ever made. We are all proud we have made it this far and are this much closer to becoming Guardians of the United States Coast Guard. We are Tango-183. |
